Resident Health RN / LPN - 242850 New

• Participate in the development and execution of a written plan of care.
• Make resident visits as per plan of care to observe and evaluate the resident’s physical and emotional status.
• Provide direct nursing care as necessary.
• Obtain sputum, urine and other lab tests as ordered. Take TPRs, blood pressures, etc., as necessary. Participate in completing treatments as per physician order.
• Ensure that all residents are treated fairly, and with kindness, dignity, and respect, ensuring person centered care.
• Monitor medication oversight & treatment schedules.
• Consult with the resident's physician in planning resident care, treatment, rehabilitation, etc., as necessary.
• Assist in developing methods for coordinating nursing services with other services to ensure the continuity of the residents' total regimen of care.
• Meet with residents, and/or family members, as necessary.
• Respond to emergency calls to Residential apartments.

Shift: Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5pm; Every other weekend (required): 8am - 4:30pm

If working the weekend, will have 2 days off during the week.

Salary Range: LPN ($72,800 - $83,200); RN ($93,600 - $104,000)
